Koots Insulations is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified insulation engineering company specializing in the supply and installation of premium insulation materials for HVAC, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

Founded in 2007 by Mr. R. Balamurugan, Koots Insulations has grown into one of South India’s most trusted names in thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.

Before establishing the company, Mr. Balamurugan gained over 25 years of extensive industry experience, working on a wide range of hot and cold insulation projects across commercial and industrial sectors. His technical expertise, combined with a passion for delivering quality insulation solutions, laid the foundation for Koots Insulations.

KOOTS INSULATIONS was established by
Mr. R. Balamurugan, building on his extensive experience in the insulation industry. The company began with a vision to provide reliable insulation products and professional insulation solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

INSULATION CONTRACTING

KOOTS INSULATIONS expanded into the insulation contracting sector, providing professional installation and project execution services. Our capabilities grew across HVAC thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, pipe insulation and other specialised insulation applications.

This expansion enabled KOOTS INSULATIONS to handle complete insulation requirements from material selection to on-site installation, with a strong focus on quality workmanship, safety standards and timely project execution. Our experienced team is equipped to work with different insulation materials and deliver solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each project.

PIDILITE DISTRIBUTOR

KOOTS INSULATIONS became a distributor for Pidilite Industries Ltd., strengthening its portfolio of insulation-related products and solutions. The association enabled us to offer trusted Fevicol range insulation adhesives, Low VOC adhesives, coating products and related solutions for professional insulation applications.

With quality products and technical knowledge, KOOTS INSULATIONS continued to support contractors, HVAC professionals and project requirements with reliable materials for efficient and durable insulation installation.

MADURAI BRANCH & REGIONAL EXPANSION

In 2024, KOOTS INSULATIONS strengthened its regional presence by establishing a branch-cum-warehouse in Madurai. This expansion enabled the company to improve product availability, streamline material distribution and provide faster support to customers across Southern Tamil Nadu.

The Madurai facility also strengthened KOOTS INSULATIONS’ ability to serve commercial, industrial and HVAC projects in the region with reliable insulation products and timely delivery.

ARMАCELL TAMIL NADU DISTRIBUTION

In 2025, KOOTS INSULATIONS further strengthened its distribution network for Armacell insulation products across Tamil Nadu. This expansion enhanced our ability to serve customers across different regions with reliable access to high-performance thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.
